The ritual

Three drops. Thirty seconds.
Three times a week.

A ritual small enough to keep.

How to use it

Four steps, properly.

The whole thing takes under a minute. Doing it consistently matters far more than doing it generously.

01

Start dry, or towel-dry.

Apply to a clean scalp. Damp is fine; soaking is not — water dilutes the oils and they run rather than absorb.

02

Three drops, to the scalp.

Part the hair and apply directly to the skin, concentrating where you want support most. The serum works on the scalp, not the lengths — three drops is genuinely enough.

03

Massage for thirty seconds.

Use the pads of your fingers, small circles, light pressure. This is not ceremony — massage supports the circulation that carries nutrients to the follicle. It is part of how the serum works.

04

Leave it. Style as usual.

No need to rinse. The formula wears invisibly and is colour-safe. Some prefer evenings so it sits overnight; morning is equally fine.

What to expect

Measured in months, not days.

This is the honest timeline. If a brand promises you faster, they are selling you something the research does not support.

Weeks 1–4

Condition first. A calmer, less dry scalp and noticeably more shine. Do not read density into this stage — it is the oils doing their conditioning work.

Weeks 8–12

The first honest signals: less fall in the shower, a little more weight at the root. Take a photo in the same light and angle at week one so you have something real to compare against.

Month 6

The point at which the clinical research on rosemary oil measured its hair-count results. This is the fair moment to judge whether it has worked for you.

A 50 ml bottle lasts around one months at three uses per week — which is why the subscription runs every month. Individual results vary.

Small print worth reading

A few honest notes.

  • Patch test first. Apply a little to the inner forearm and wait 24 hours. Essential oils are potent and skin varies.
  • More is not faster. Extra drops will not accelerate anything — they will only leave the hair looking oily.
  • Consistency beats intensity. Three times a week for six months will do far more than daily use for three weeks.
  • Avoid the eyes. If the serum makes contact, rinse with water.
  • Pregnant or breastfeeding? Speak to your doctor before using any product containing essential oils.
  • Sudden or patchy loss? See a professional first. That pattern can indicate something a cosmetic serum cannot address.
